Terms of Service.

These terms (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Rezzr Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“Rezzr”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa. They govern your use of the public website at rezzr.com and any of its subdomains (the “Site”). By using the Site you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is the marketing and pre-launch site for Rezzr, a restaurant management and reservations platform. It does not itself provide the Rezzr product. Where the Site refers to or links to the Rezzr restaurant dashboard or the Rezzr consumer app, separate terms apply to those products.

Information published on the Site, including the editorial Opening Table list, is provided for general information and to give you context about Rezzr. It is not professional advice and you should not rely on it as a substitute for your own judgement.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit any form on this Site. If you are submitting on behalf of a restaurant or business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

When you submit a form on the Site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that your submission does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break any law. You grant Rezzr a non-exclusive licence to use that information to respond to your enquiry, to operate the Site, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

You may nominate a restaurant by submitting its name and suburb. Rezzr does not contact nominated restaurants automatically. Nominations are an editorial signal we use to prioritise founder-led outreach.

Do not use the nomination form to defame, harass, or make unverified factual claims about a restaurant or any individual. We may remove any nomination that we consider abusive or inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

The Site, including its text, design, logos, graphics, the “Rezzr” brand and the curated editorial Opening Table list, is owned by Rezzr or licensed to it. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. A link does not imply our endorsement.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezzr makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of the Site, the accuracy of any information, or the suitability of the Site for any particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited (including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezzr will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Rezzr’s negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rezzr harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If a change is material we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
